CNG KIT INSTALLATION

Open Loop System

Open Loop System contains Advanced Timing Sensor /Emmulator MPFI. The system is pretty basic and it needs regular adjustments if you need the best performance out of it. You will also need to check the Engine Lamp due to the lamda error. Open loop systems don't calculate Lamda O2 readings but keeps the gas flowing according to the requirements..

Closed Loop System

Closed Loop System comes with Lamda Controller ECU/Stepper Motor/MPFI Emulator. This system has complete automatic gas regulation and it also depends on what the car engine requires. Apart from that, it emulates the Lamda O2 readings to the Main Car ECU to prevent engine check. Many people opt for closed loop because the mileage is better...

Sequential Injection System

Sequential Reducer kits are quite expensive but then you end up saving a lot of money as compared to the traditional petrol run engines. Also, is the best feature for gas tech right now. It injects adequate amount of gas fuel in each of the cylinder and the functioning is similar to an MPFI system. Sequential kits automatically calculates the right mix ....

LPG KIT INSTALLATION

Open Loop System

Open loop system consists of Advanced Timing Sensor/Emmulator MPFI. It is a basic system which needs periodic adjustements for best performance,You also will face the Check Engine Lamp due to Lamda Error ( As the Open Loop system does not calculate the Lamda O2 Readings, but keeps on flowing the gas as required) .This is an early of type of gas system that is used on vehicles that have no catalytic converter or oxygen sensor in the exhaust system. Open loop means there is no electronic control. This system is only suitable for early carburettor and fuel injection vehicles.

Closed Loop System

Closed Loop System is basically controlled by an electronic feedback system that takes its readings from the oxygen sensor in the exhaust before the catalytic converter. Petrol-injected vehicles have catalytic converters and require LPG systems that use a slightly more sophisticated management system that reads the oxygen sensor in the exhaust. This then controls fuelling using a stepper motor, to give the most efficient fuelling at all times, resulting in better fuel economy and better throttle response.

Sequential Injection System

In Sequential each LPG injector injects fuel in the same sequence as the engine cylinders fire, in a sequence one after the other. This system replicates for LPG what MPFI does for petrol. An army of sensors keep track of various engine parameters and accordingly, metered and precise amount of fuel is injected into the cylinder at the appropriate time. It is this tech that makes Sequential kits expensive but they return better economy and lower emmisions with minimal drop in performance.
