01 / CNG & CBG

Compressed gas systems

Engine suitability, cylinder packaging, gas delivery and electronic control integration.

02 / LNG

Heavy-duty applications

Assess duty cycle, cryogenic storage, fuel access and engine compatibility for the proposed vehicle.

03 / LPG

Application-led conversion

Fuel-system selection, component integration and commissioning for suitable engines.

Start with the engine.

Share the make, model, engine code, emission stage, vehicle count and operating route. We can then define the assessment and quotation scope.

System availability and conversion suitability depend on vehicle-specific assessment and applicable approvals.
CNG CONVERSION SYSTEMS

Choose the architecture
around the engine.

Conventional systems

Mixer-based open-loop or closed-loop arrangements. Suitability depends on engine technology and the application.

Sequential injection

Gas injectors meter fuel for individual cylinders under electronic control, with the system calibrated to the engine.

Direct-injection petrol engines

Application-specific gas systems for compatible engines, including selected turbo petrol platforms. Petrol may still be used; consumption varies by system and operating conditions.

Diesel conversion pathways

Dedicated gas conversion changes the engine to gas operation. Diesel dual-fuel retains diesel ignition and adds gas substitution. These require different engineering scopes.
